The first step is to select the plot of land you are interested in. Once you have chosen your site, Swoop Finance will then start to prepare the necessary paperwork for your purchase. |

We will then do a diagnostic on your financial needs. This documentation accompanied with the loan application will be forwarded to NatWest once signed by the client. |

As soon as the loan has been approved by the lender and funds have been received,
a contract will be sent out to the client. |

|
The client must return the contract with a reservation fee of 10% of the purchase price
to reserve the plot(s). |

|
A consultant will then call you within one working day to discuss terms for payment
of the balance. |
